- Pets:

average of 40 to 50 times the rent as a minimum gross annual
income, have been employed for at least one year and have good
credit. Some times a Guarantor (Cosigner) and good credit is
all you will need.
- Is this a safe Building? or a safe area?:
As a general rule we do not recommend any area or -
Manhattan
Neighborhoods particular building. If after you see the
apartment you do not feel comfortable that only means that you
should not take the apartment.
- Is the rent negotiable?:
If the New York City apartment
rental a good deal, you can be sure the rent is
not negotiable and if the apartment is not a good deal, you
probably would not want to take it in the first place
