Tribeca apartment rentals
Tribeca is a neighborhood of cobblestoned streets, world-famous
restaurants, and historic warehouse buildings converted to multi-million
dollar lofts. Recently ranked by Forbes as one of America's most
expensive zip codes, 10013 (also known as Tribeca) is also one of
Manhattan's most charming neighborhoods.
Neighborhood Boundaries:
Tribeca Transportation:
Subway: The 1 and 9 stop at Canal, Franklin, or Chambers. The 2 and 3 express lines stop only at Chambers. A, C, and E trains stop at Canal near West Broadway. Catch the east side 6 train at Canal and Broadway. Bus: To get uptown, take the M20 up Hudson Street or the M6 up Sixth Avenue (with stops along Church Street in Tribeca). To get downtown, take the M20 down Seventh Avenue/Varick Street or the M1 down Broadway. The M22 goes cross-town at Chambers Street. Prediction: All those conversions have loosened supply and will hold values down.
